By accessing or using AI Office Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Office Pro is a cloud-based AI-powered project and task management platform for teams. Features include AI pipeline management, task assignment, client delivery workflows, and team collaboration.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Free plan is available with limited features as described on the pricing page.
• Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.
• Account activation occurs within a few hours of payment confirmation.
• We offer a 3-day refund window for technical issues we cannot resolve.
• Refund requests must be sent to druvmishra2018@gmail.com with your payment ID.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, resell the Service without permission, or use automated tools to abuse the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and features are owned by AI Office Pro. You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Office Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
